AspMail™ 4.x
AspMail is used on more ASP installations than any other commercial or free product. Used on 1000's of Web sites around the world, this component allows you to send SMTP mail directly from a Web page. Versions 2.5x and > are 2-3 times faster than previous versions and have very low CPU utilization.

AspImage allows you to create or modify images "on the fly". Features include:

AspHTTP™ 3.5
The AspHTTP component allows you to GET/POST/HEAD documents via the HTTP protocol; Exposes HTTP response headers; Supports transfering requests to a file (including binary transfers); Password authentication support and more. The latest version is 2-3 times faster than previous versions.
- AspHTTP uses the Winsock API and does not use the Microsoft WinInet API because of theMicrosoft acknowledged problems with WinInet based server components.

* CPU = processors. Single CPU systems require a 1 CPU license. Dual-proc systems require a 2 CPU license and so forth. ServerObjects Inc. licenses its component products based upon the number of CPU chips (not computers/servers but literal CPU processors) the software will be loaded on. That means if you load the software onto a server with 1 CPU you will need a 1 CPU license. If your server has 2 CPUs then you need 2 CPU licenses for it. If you plan to run in on a 1 CPU server and another 2 CPU server you need a total of 3 CPU licenses. CPU chips with hyperthreading are counted as 1 CPU, not 2. A single Xeon processor counts as 1 CPU, because the the 2nd CPU is virtual. A dual Xeon CPU system, while appearing to have 4 CPUs counts as 2 CPUs since there are only 2 Xeon chips in the server. Note, we do not have staging and production licenses. We license both staging and production servers the same way. Note: ServerObjects Inc. does not license by "threads". |
